CBRE’s Colorado Springs office announced three new leases signed at Colorado Square in downtown Colorado Springs. Located at 2 N. Nevada, Colorado Square is a 244,068-square-foot Class A mixed-use property owned by DPC Development Company of Greenwood Village, the company said in a press release.

The three new tenants are:

  • DOMOREGOOD | Hanon McKendry, a branding, design and marketing consultancy who relocated from its previous location in downtown Colorado Springs to lease 4,291 square feet.
  • Rod Ermel and Associates, a certified public accounting firm who relocated from its previous space in Southwest Colorado Springs to lease 5,300 square feet.
  • Advanced Network Management Inc. (ANM), a networking and communications company  new to Colorado Springs, leasing 1,413 square feet.

“We needed office space that optimized our ability to offer advanced IT solutions and fully managed services to top-tier clients across the country, and we found it in Colorado Square,” said Raminder Mann, CEO of ANM. “We are excited to expand into Colorado Springs and grow our team of engineers and technical architects.”

DPC invested $2 million in recent renovations that included an updated lobby, new elevator cabs, improved building signage and additional landscaping. The property consists of 14 floors of primarily office space with retail space on the ground floor.  On the third floor, DPC added floor-to-ceiling exterior windows. It also recently completed speculative suites on the 11th floor and are now adding spec suites to the 12th floor.

Nicola Myers-Murty, Randy Miller and Jared May of CBRE’s Colorado Springs office served as the leasing team representing DPC in the recent transactions.

Mary Frances Cowan of Quantum Commercial represented DOMOREGOOD | Hanon McKendry in the lease transaction. Andrew Oyler, also of Quantum Commercial, provided tenant representation for Rod Ermel and Associates.
