Mark Useman of COSC brokered the sale of the property at 443 S. Highway 105 outside Palmer Lake. The sales price was $5.9 million, and the buyer was RVPLRE, LLC. The acreage is northeast of Highway 105 and backs up to the railroad tracks. According to the Colorado Secretary of State, the group RVPLRE formed Feb. 5 of this year with an address in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and has a Boulder attorney as its registered agent.
Quantum Commercial Group brokered the sale of two properties at the Piñon Valley Industrial Park. The properties at 5010 and 5030 Centennial Blvd. sold for a combined $5.7 million. Jason Schmidt of Jones, Lang, Lasalle were the listing agent and firm, while Michael Palmer of Quantum was the cooperating broker.
Michael Helwege of COSC was the seller broker for the sale of 27 acres that fronts Powers Boulevard south of Platte Avenue. Previously owned by ICA Properties INc., the property whose formal address is 125 Troy Road was sold to Suncap Colorado Springs for just under $2.15 million.
Also of COSC, Weston Thomas brokered the sale of 1,468 square feet of prime retail ground at 24 and Patterson roads in Grand Junction. The buyers were Donald P. and Gwen R. Olshove, and the sale price was $435,000.
