Colorado may soon see a new face in the smoothie market, with more than just the popular flavored ice drinks. Mark Thompson, president of Monument-based Pinnacle Business Authority, has purchased the rights to develop Froots franchises in Colorado. “What separates Froots from other smoothie franchises in the market is the offering of wraps and salads as well,” Thompson said. “Two-thirds of the sales are wraps and salads versus just smoothies.” The headquarters for Froots of Colorado will be in Monument.
