Renovations are complete for the corner retail complex at the northeast intersection of North Tejon Street and Boulder Street. Developer Jonathan Kamins purchased two buildings at the location during November 2006 through his company Bear Creek Holdings, LLC. Kamins estimates he spent $1 million to renovate the interiors and exteriors of the buildings. Prior to renovations, tenants Junior Bootery, Slapshot Sports and Michael’s Hair Salon occupied the space.
