RE/MAX Properties Inc., a real estate company in Colorado Springs, ranks No. 189 of the 500 most productive brokerages in the country, based on 2015 home sales data in the 2016 REAL Trends 500 survey. RE/MAX Properties Inc., completed $1.06 billion in sales last year.
Also, RE/MAX Properties Inc. placed 153rd in the nation for the number of transactions made, at 4,141, an average of 22.8 transactions per agent, according to a news release.
The Arvada RE/MAX Alliance/Equity Group ranked No. 12 on the list of 500 with $7.3 billion in sales last year.
Also Colorado Springs-based RE/MAX Advantage Realty Inc. was listed No. 381 on the list of number of transactions, and The Platinum Group came in at No. 493, with 1,722 transactions.
In terms of sales volume, RE/MAX Advantage Realty Inc. was listed 435 with $514.4 million in sales, and The Platinum Group completed $513.6 million in sales
When measured by the number of transactions per agent, RE/MAX Properties Inc. was one of only three Colorado Springs real estate brokerages included among the top 500 brokerages.

The 2016 REAL Trends 500 survey ranked the largest U.S. brokerages by total 2015 residential transactions, with each required to have a minimum of 500 transactions last year to qualify. Based on the survey’s top 500 participating brokerages, RE/MAX calculated the highest-ranking 50 who averaged the most transactions per agent. Of those top 50 brokerages, 39 were affiliated with RE/MAX.
