A number of commercial sales took place early in the year in the Pikes Peak region, according to Cushman and Wakefield Colorado Springs Commercial.
Six acres of vacant commercial property at 940 and 990 W. Baptist Road sold for $1.5 million. Represented by Mark Useman, Monument PRD-10 Inc. sold to WDG Monument LLC. According to the Colorado Secretary of State’s website, WDG formed in 2014 with the registered agent Michael Edwin Wall in Denver.
Another six acres in northern El Paso County also changed hands. This parcel was identified as having an address of 0 Jackson Creek Parkway, and sold for more than $2.3 million. In this transaction, Useman represented the seller, Creekside Developers Inc.
In the news release, the buyer was listed as HSC Monument LLC. The Colorado Secretary of State’s office lists HSC Monument LLC as having formed and filed articles of organization Aug. 27, 2015 and articles of dissolution Nov. 19.
