Dan Zarecky has accepted the position of CEO at Peak View Behavioral Health. Zarecky has 25 years experience in the residential treatment, corrections and behavioral health fields and has managed behavioral health facilities and served on numerous nonprofit and government boards. He has a criminal justice degree from Gannon University and completed graduate counseling coursework at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.

Weimer brings more than 20 years of experience in production management, team management, quality control and customer service. Weimer also holds certifications in Six Sigma. Weimer’s role is to ensure that each project is completed according to plan — on time and on budget while maintaining the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
Ent Federal Credit Union announced two promotions to senior executive vice president positions, reporting directly to president and CEO Randy Bernstein. Chad Graves will serve as Ent’s senior executive vice president of operations and technology and Bill Vogeney will serve as Ent’s senior executive vice president of lending and finance. Graves will be responsible for the credit union’s retail and technology operations, corporate communications and strategic initiatives. He has a bachelor of science degree in management information systems from the University of Idaho.
Vogeney will be responsible for consumer and mortgage lending operations, business and corporate banking, as well as Ent’s accounting and finance areas. Vogeney has a bachelor of science degree in finance and business administration from Penn State Harrisburg and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
Jennifer Walker has joined HUB International as an account executive specializing in construction risk management and insurance placement. She has expertise in large trade contractor accounts and captive insurers.
Cordell & Cordell, the nation’s largest domestic litigation firm focusing on representing men in family law cases, recently hired Stephanie Shannon as associate attorney in its Colorado Springs office at 121 S. Tejon St.
Melissa Roberts was appointed director of adult parole for the Colorado Department of Corrections. Roberts has an extensive background in law enforcement and corrections and brings 18 years of correctional experience to the position. Roberts has been a member of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections executive team for the past five years.
Peak Vista Community Health Centers announced the appointment of Paul Masar as vice president of finance. Masar will oversee the nonprofit health care provider’s day-to-day financial operations, developing the organizational budgets and financial forecasting. Masar earned an MBA in accounting from UCCS and brings more than 25 years’ experience in the private and public accounting industry; most recently as a senior manager with BKD, LLP — a national CPA and advisory firm.

Colorado Springs Health Partners recently hired several health care providers. David Ross, D.O., will serve as an urgent care physician at CSHP’s new Monument clinic. Ross has more than 30 years’ experience in emergency medicine and serves on several local medical advisory boards. Joining Ross is Erin Raser, PA-C, who has experience as a physician assistant in both military and civilian settings. CSHP’s Medical Center Point urgent care also added a new provider, Kate Keen. Lisa Galaider, Gina Kaufman and Jen Creighton will practice with CSHP’s hospitalist and post-acute/long-term care teams.
Jon Paukovich of Ent Federal Credit Union has been promoted to chief lending officer. Paukovich has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including more than 11 years leading Ent’s Mortgage Lending business units. Paukovich will be responsible for the credit union’s consumer lending, mortgage lending and member solutions areas. Paukovich has a bachelor of science degree in commerce from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Francisco Montes has been hired as the new branch sales manager for Academy Bank at the Palmer Park branch on Space Center Drive. He will be working with treasury management, business loans, merchant services and all facets of personal banking with emphasis on home equity lines of credit. Montes is an ambassador with the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance and brings with him seven years of banking experience.
Diane Loschen joined Chapel Hills Mall as marketing director. An 18-year industry veteran, Loschen brings a seasoned, community-involved marketing effort to Chapel Hills Mall, where she will cultivate relationships with retailers, the media, the community and the broader industry. Prior to joining the Chapel Hills Mall management team, Loschen served as VP of resource development at Pikes Peak United Way. A four-time finalist and 2006 ICSC Maxi Merit Award recipient, Loschen began her career working on the retail side of the industry as a store manager for the women’s apparel company, Lerner, now New York & Company. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Drake University and the International Council of Shopping Centers’ certified marketing director designation.

Buckett has more than 11 years of accounting experience working in a variety of industries. He specializes in mergers, acquisitions, transactional support services and financial consulting. Graduating from Alton College in Hampshire, England, he has an Association of Chartered Accountants designation and is a certified merger and acquisition advisor.
Aventa Credit Union recently named Vanessa Muniz as executive assistant to the president and CEO. As executive assistant, Muniz is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties in support of the president and CEO. She is also responsible for preparing and producing varied correspondence, technical and statistical reports, presentations and other materials. Prior to coming to Aventa, Muniz worked as the executive assistant to the CEO at RIKR Performance in Colorado Springs and worked in various positions at McDivitt Law Firm and Firstsource Advantage/Bank of America.
Jay Rocha, general manager at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, has appointed Katherine Bobbitt spa manager of Alluvia, the resort’s new six-room guest spa that will be unveiled early June. The spa is currently under construction, so Bobbitt’s primary responsibility is bringing together the right mix of therapists and services.
