Kirkpatrick Bank is expanding into a larger office building at 102 N. Cascade Ave.
The new location offers a drive-up ATM and five drive-through banking lanes for better access as well as prominent visibility from I-25, according to a news release from Griffis/Blessing, one of the building’s owners.
The property is still occupied by ANB and will continue to occupy it until the ANB new building at Cascade and Cimarron is completed. The completion is not expected until later this year.
After ANB relocates to its new location, Kirkpatrick Bank will remodel the branch and offices with the expected opening to be announced closer to project completion.
“We are very excited to welcome Kirkpatrick Bank,” said Buck Blessing, CEO of Griffis/Blessing. “We value their reputation and exemplary management team.”
“We are … pleased with all the benefits this move brings to our customers and to us, including a drive-through, parking, exceptional access to and from the highway, location in the same building as our wealth management partner and space to accommodate our growing staff,” said Trent Stafford, Colorado market president, Kirkpatrick Bank. “This move also confirms … our commitment to downtown Colorado Springs.”
