SSFCU ranks fifth nationally in dealer satisfaction
Dealer service, fast payment and an increased presence in Colorado and Utah have placed Security Service Federal Credit Union fifth among prime retail credit lenders in the country for overall satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power 2013 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study released in July. SSFCU scored 917 on a 1,000-point scale based on its finance offerings, the application/approval process and sales representative relationship.
Penrose wins Primary Stroke Center recertification
Penrose-St. Francis Health Services was recently recognized by The Joint Commission with a recertification of their Primary Stroke Center designation. An independent, not-for-profit organization, The Joint Commission accredits and certifies more than 20,000 health care organizations and programs in the U.S.
Jeans raise money for CASA
Colorado Springs Plato’s Closet locations donated $1 to Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for every pair of jeans purchased at either location during June. Together they raised $3,035 for CASA. Local Plato’s Closet locations are owned by Sharon Hoffstetter (7529 N. Academy Blvd.) and Theresa Preston (925 N. Academy Blvd.).
Pentagon FCU Foundation receives national accolades
The Pentagon Federal Credit Union Foundation, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization working to meet the needs of military personnel and their families, received the 2013 Association of the United States Army National Service Award.
