Wells Fargo is the latest victim in a series of cyber attacks that hit Bank of America, Citibank and JP Morgan Chase, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The attacks created massive denial of service issues, which overwhelm websites until they fail or move very slowly.

The group claiming responsibility is the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Cyber Fighters. They say they will hit U.S. Bancorp today and PNC Financial on Thursday.
