Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers continued its expansion into Colorado Springs this week when it opened its second store in the city at 5825 Stetson Hills Parkway.

The store was one of four Freddy’s opened in Colorado within the last eight days, which doubled the number of  the chain restaurants in the state. The Colorado Springs store is the 72th store nationwide.

Freddy’s has also announced plans to open a third Colorado Springs location on Garden of the Gods Road by the end of the year.

“Freddy’s is a special place and we look forward to growing with the Colorado Springs community,” franchise owner Adam Wessley said in a statement.
