Breckenridge Brewery has decided to expand to the East Coast, taking with it new jobs that would have been created in Colorado, if the state legislature had passed the necessary laws, according to the Denver Business Journal.

Without the law, thebrewery cannot hold a license to operate several brewpubs at the same time it holds a license to operate a manufacturing plant that produces more than 60,000 barrels a year in Colorado.

So the brewery will look outside Colorado to expand.
