Franklin, Tenn.-based IASIS Healthcare has announced that it has an agreement to buy Brentwood, Tenn.-based Brim Healthcare’s, which owns the Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Woodland Park.

Under terms of the $95 million deal, Altaris Capital Partners, a New York health care investment firm, will retain majority ownership of Brim’s hospital management contract and a health technology businesses.

IASIS owns or leases 15 hospitals and one behavioral health hospital facility with a total of 2,886 beds in service and has total annual net revenue of about $2.5 billion.
