Moody’s Investors Services has affirmed its A3 rating and a stable outlook for Colorado Springs Airport Revenue Bonds, according to Gisela Shanahan, assistant director of aviation-finance and administration at the airport. Moody’s report cites several positive indicators, including defense contractor presence, management’s active pursuit of low-cost air service and alternate revenue sources.
