Cory D. Shultz

For the past two years, Cory Don Shultz was a Guest of Pikes Peak Range Riders for their annual five-day ride and hopes to one day become a member.
At U.S. Bank, Shultz directs a staff of 20 to effectively identify the financial needs of customers. He is primarily involved with the management and administration of the Chapel Hills Branch to ensure that budget goals are met and the branch is in compliance with all banking laws and regulations.
Last year he completed a program called Leadership Advantage which is a series of courses unique to U.S. Bank that are designed to develop the leadership skills of the management team.
He was named a Pinnacle Branch Manager — those who rank in the top 20 percent of all branch manager positions — each quarter throughout 2007. And he received the Annual Pinnacle designation awarded to branch managers who earned incentive payouts based on performance in each of the four quarters. The top 10 percent of managers receive this designation.
He is an active member of U.S. Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Committee, Emerging Markets Committee and was selected to serve on a leadership task-force.
Shultz is a board member at the Garden Ranch YMCA, a member of Soil Conservation Society of America, a committee member for the Colorado Springs Chamber Rising Professionals mentor/mentee program and a committee member for the Boys and Girls Club PeakCO Challenge.
His wife’s name is Kelli.
